The Tucker Family Reunion 2024 Committee is so excited to host our first in person reunion since 2018! It will be held in the Washington, D.C. area from Thurs, July 18 through Sunday, July 21, 2024. Our theme is “Back Together Again: The 2024 Tucker Reunion Returns to Chocolate City.” 

This will be our first time returning to the Washington, D.C. area since 1990. D.C. is known for its rich African American culture including Howard University, Birthplace of Go-Go music, and Smithsonian African American Museum. D.C. is additionally known for being our nation’s Capitol with numerous museums, NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS teams, and concert venues. Several members of the committee are natives to the area so we are hoping all will come to enjoy what we have planned for you.

Actual Reunion Dates: July 18, 19, 20, 21, 2024

Room Block:  July 17-July 21, 2024—Please reserve by 6/07/2024

                        Room Rates for King or two Queens—$142 does not include state and local taxes (currently at 13%) All rooms are non-smoking with complimentary parking and Wi-Fi.

Limited number of suites with parlor area in addition to king or queen beds may be available for $199 and you will need to call the Group Housing Coordinator to see if any are available at 301-614-8232.

**Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. 

Online and calls made to the reservation department will only have the option to create reservations on the contracted dates (07/17/2024 - 07/22/2024) so any nights made outside the contracted dates must be booked through the hotel directly                

A credit card is needed as a guarantee to hold the room and the credit card must be presented with a valid ID at check-in. No pre-paid or loaded cards will be accepted. 

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the intended date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges (one night's room plus tax) 

Incidentals are $100.00 per guestroom / Authorized at check-in with guestroom rate & tax.        

The last day to book, also known as the 'cut-off date' is Friday, June 7, 2024. Any rooms that have not been reserved will go back to the hotel inventory and any additional reservations will need to be made through the hotel directly.

$145 Adults and Children 13 years and older

                                    $  73 Children 6-12 years

                                    Free: Children under 5 years old free
